Police: Randolph Man Attacked Driver For Going Too Fast On His Road
QUINCY (CBS/AP) — A Randolph man was arraigned on Wednesday on charges that he allegedly punched a driver whom he believed was speeding down his street.
Phillip Vasialka was arraigned Wednesday in Quincy District Court on a charge of assault and battery causing serious bodily injury.

Police say the 30-year-old Vasialka, who has a 2-year-old daughter, had spoken with David Bazer in the past about slowing down when driving down his street.
"We'd called the cops several times on this person going up and down the street like it's the Indy 5," Vasialka's girlfriend told WBZ-TV.
On Tuesday, believing that Bazer had ignored his message and was putting his family in danger, Vasialka followed him to a nearby gas station.
When the 25-year-old Bazer got out of his vehicle, Vasialka allegedly punched Bazer twice in the face, breaking his jaw.
Prosecutors noted that Vasialka does have three previous assault and battery charges on his record.
Bazer's mother says her son will need extensive surgery and that he lost feeling in his lower jaw which may be permanent.
Vasialka is out on bail.
