Police: Men Posed As Officers In Violent Home Invasion In Hollis, NH
HOLLIS, NH (CBS) – Two men posing as police officers broke into a mobile home and held down a man as a woman beat and stabbed him early Friday morning, police said.
Police say the victim called 911 around 2 a.m. from his home on Mooar Hill Road while the three suspects were breaking in.
He was still on the phone with the 911 dispatcher when he was attacked.
Police say Cynthia Nagele, 57, of Lowell, Massachusetts stabbed the victim several times with a knife and hit him a number of times with a hammer.
Nagele is charged with first degree assault, burglary, and simple assault.
The two other suspects, Ralph Doucette, 53, and Paul Carbonneau, 43, both of Lowell, are charged with burglary, simple assault, and false personation.
The victim remains in the hospital with serious but non-life threatening injuries, according to police.
Officials did not give any indication of a motive.
