Police Investigate Home Invasion In Rochester, N.H.
ROCHESTER, N.H. (AP) - Police in Rochester, N.H., are investigating a teen who they said broke into a home and hit a couple with an aluminum baseball bat several times.
Rochester police said 17-year-old Phillip Eisenberg entered Robert Cox's home while he and his wife were sleeping early Friday.
Police said the noise woke the couple's 18-year-old son, Dylan, who jumped on Eisenberg to stop the attack.
Brian Cox says his brother was seriously injured and will have a knee surgery, while Kristin Cox is at home recovering.
Cox says Eisenberg and Dylan Cox went to school together. He said they weren't fighting with one another.
