Police Investigate Double Shooting In Roxbury
BOSTON (CBS) -- Police are investigating a double shooting late Saturday night in the Roxbury neighborhood of the city.
At about 11:09 p.m. Saturday, a witness reported "fighting and shooting" on Page Street, Boston Police reported in a prepared statement. When officers arrived to the crime scene, they found two male shooting victims laying on the sidewalk in front of 2 Page St.
One shooting victim, a 23-year-old man, was taken to Boston Medical Center with life-threatening injuries. The second victim, a 16-year-old boy, was taken to Boston Medical Center for treatment of injuries that were not considered life-threatening.
