Police Charge Bridgewater Woman In Fatal Stoughton Crash
STOUGHTON (AP) -- State police have charged a Bridgewater woman with drunken driving and homicide following a Stoughton crash that killed a passenger in another car and seriously injured two others.
Troopers arrested Patricia A. Neville-Colp at the scene Saturday night. She was arrested on charges of drunken driving, drugged driving and motor vehicle homicide.
Authorities did not identify the woman who was a passenger in a KIA that was allegedly broadsided by Neville-Colp's Jeep Cherokee. Police say the 48-year-old Neville-Colp was trying to cut across two lanes. She was not injured.
The driver and a second passenger in the KIA were taken to Boston Medical Center.
Neville-Colp was at state police barracks in Milton on $5,000 bail Sunday and was scheduled to be arraigned Monday in the Stoughton District Court.
It was not known if she is represented by a lawyer.
