Man Arrested For Sexual Assault On Lowell Riverwalk Pleads Not Guilty
LOWELL (CBS) - A man charged in connection with a sexual assault in Lowell last week pleaded not guilty to the charges Thursday.
Andrew Burke attorney calls it a case of misidentification, even though prosecutors say the 21-year-old's cell phone was found at the scene and the victim was able to identify him.
Officers arrested 21-year-old Andrew Burke near Harvard Square in Cambridge on Wednesday.

Police said Burke grabbed a 26-year-old woman from behind on the Lowell Riverwalk last Friday morning.
Burke is charged including attempted murder by strangulation and assault with intent to rape. He's being held on $250,000.
