Plans To Rebuild Norwood Hospital In The Works After Floods Destroyed Building One Year Ago
NORWOOD (CBS) – One year after floodwaters destroyed Norwood Hospital, there are plans to rebuild a new hospital on the same land.
In June 2020, a storm sent a flash flood through the hospital's halls. While no one was hurt, the building was left unusable.
The new facility will be stronger and more modern. An official announcement on reconstruction plans is expected soon.
