Pierce Returning to Celtics

But according to Steve Bulpett of the Boston Herald, Pierce will remain with the team he has played for his entire career. The deal is for 4 years, $61 million, with the first 3 years guaranteed. All NBA free agents can not officially sign with teams until July 8th.
Pierce is coming of a trip to his second NBA Finals. He average 18.3 points, 4.4 rebounds, and 3.1 assists per game in the regular season. Pierce has made 8 All-Star games in 12 seasons.
