Perfect Attendance: Gronkowski, Mingo Return To Patriots Practice

BOSTON (CBS) -- The Patriots won't release their first injury report of the 2016 season until Wednesday, but they appear to be a pretty healthy bunch going into Week 1.

Both Rob Gronkowski and Barkevious Mingo returned to the practice field on Tuesday after they were missing on Sunday, giving the Patriots perfect attendance for Tuesday's session. The practice was held outside in the light rain, with players in shorts and shells. They're expected to be in full pads for a much more aggressive practice session on Wednesday.

Danny Amendola was back on the field after making his practice debut on Sunday, and from what he told reporters prior to practice, it sounds like he's good to go for Sunday night's season opener against the Cardinals in Arizona.

Fellow receiver Malcolm Mitchell was on the field with a brace on his elbow, while offensive lineman Shaq Mason also had some hardware, sporting a cast on his hand.

Also present was running back Bishop Sankey and receiver Devin Street, who were both signed to the New England practice squad on Monday.

There were two notable players missing from practice, but that will be consistent throughout the first month of the season, as Tom Brady and Rob Ninkovich serve their four-game suspensions.
