Woodhead, Edelman Return To Practice
FOXBORO (CBS) - The New England Patriots got a trio of offensive players back as the get ready to host the Dallas Cowboys at Gillette Stadium on Sunday.
Receiver Julian Edelman, running back Danny Woodhead and offensive lineman Sebastian Vollmer all returned to practice after missing Sunday's win over the New York Jets. Edelman and Woodhead both suffered ankle injuries in Oakland on October 2nd. Vollmer injured his back during the preseason, and has missed all but one game during the regular season with the injury.

Missing from Wednesday's practice were linebacker Jerod Mayo, defensive lineman Mike Wright and safety Josh Barrett.
Barrett and Wright both practice at times during last week, but were inactive Sunday against the Jets.

The Patriots held their first practice session of the week in shells and shorts.
