Patriots Will Face QB Thad Lewis On Sunday
BOSTON (CBS) - Buffalo coach Doug Marrone announced on Friday that backup quarterback Thad Lewis will get the start this weekend when his 6-9 Bills travel to Foxboro to take on the Patriots in the regular season finale.

Rookie quarterback and first-round draft pick EJ Manuel was limited in practice all week with a sprained LCL in his left knee that wasn't progressing fast enough, which prompted the decision from Marrone.
It will be Lewis' fifth start of the season, one where he has thrown for three touchdowns, three interceptions, a completion percentage of 60.2% and a QB rating of 77.8.

The second-year pro will be without his leading receiver Stevie Johnson, who has been ruled out for Sunday's game following the death of his mother.
Johnson's mother was laid to rest on Friday.
During media availability on Friday, Lewis said he is up for the challenge in facing his division rival.
