Hernandez Enjoys Some Chicken
FOXBORO (CBS) - Nose tackle Vince Wilfork and running back BenJarvis Green-Ellis were among the missing from Patriots practice on Thursday.

Safety Josh Barrett missed Thursday's practice session with a thumb/hamstring injury, along with linebacker Jerod Mayo who is likely out with a knee injury.

Hernandez took some time to talk with the media, with a piece of chicken in hand, and said he is feeling good leading up to the Patriots game with Dallas.
"I feel pretty good. I feel healthy and ready to go," he said. "It feels better and better every day."
Hernandez was not sure if he would be wearing the knee brace he had to wear during New England's win over the Jets.
Hernandez Enjoys Some Chicken
He did say come game time on Sunday, there will be no chicken in his hand.
"I would probably not, because I don't want to drop anymore touchdown catches," he joked.
He also pointed out that the chicken was grilled, and pretty healthy. Not the fried chicken that is causing a stir in another local locker room.
