Patriots Training Camp Blog: What To Watch For On Day 2
FOXBORO (CBS) - Here are some items to pay attention to on the second day of Patriots training camp.
1. Okay let's pretend that I'm not getting into arguments with media members about Tim Tebow'S relevance on this team. I'm rooting for him but I just don't see where he fits in. With that said, if Tim wants to prove me wrong, he's going to have to play a lot better that he did on day 1. He had interceptions, passed in the ground, slow reads on coverage, everything that's been his problem in the past was on display on the first day of training camp. He has to get better.
2. Couple of players to keep an eye on. I had heard he was turning heads, but on Friday I saw it. Third-year wide receiver Kamar Aiken was getting the job done. He's spent the last 2 seasons on and off the practice squad but this year it looks like he's put in the work. He looks solid. Also rookie Jamie Collins is shining. The young linebacker was running with the first team defense at times. He's quick, it will be good to see how he fits in.

3. Here's something funny. The last person to wear number 39 for the Patriots was Danny Woodehead and he was like 5-foot-6, 160 pounds. Well right now 39 is Ben Bartholomew. He's 6-foot-2 and 240. It took me completely off guard.
