Patriots Practice Report: Easley Misses Wednesday's Session, Wendell Limited
BOSTON (CBS) -- The New England Patriots were without defensive lineman Dominique Easley on Wednesday, the lone Patriot missing from the day's practice session.
Easley left last Thursday's season-opening win over the Pittsburgh Steelers with a hip injury. It's an injury that normally takes a week or two to recover from, but Easley's absence on Wednesday makes it unlikely he'll play in Sunday's game against the Bills in Buffalo. That could change if Easley hits the field for Thursday's practice, so it's a situation to keep an eye on.
Offensive lineman Ryan Wendell, who missed the season-opener, was limited on Wednesday due to an illness. Having him back on the offensive line would be huge for New England this weekend against a strong Bills defense, especially with center Bryan Stork on the IR.
Running back Travaris Cadet (hamstring), defensive lineman Trey Flowers (knee) and safety Tavon Wilson (quad) were all full participants at Wednesday's practice at Gillette.
As for the Bills, wide receivers Percy Harvin (hip) and Marquise Goodwin (ribs) and linebacker Tony Steward (knee) all missed Wednesday's practice. Safety Corey Graham (concussion) was limited for Buffalo.
