Patriots Injury Report: Amendola Out, Talib Doubtful vs. Jets
BOSTON (CBS) - Patriots wide receiver Danny Amendola is out for Sunday's game against the New York Jets, while cornerback Aqib Talib is listed as "doubtful" on the team's Friday Injury report.
Amendola (head), defensive lineman Tommy Kelly (knee) and running back Leon Washington (ankle) have all been ruled out for Sunday's game. Amendola was hit hard in the second half of last Sunday's win over the New Orleans Saints and did not return.
Talib practiced for the first time on Friday in a limited role, but likely won't be on the field when the Patriots take on the 3-3 Jets on Sunday.
After being cleared by doctors on Friday morning, the Patriots listed tight end Rob Gronkowski as "questionable" for Sunday's game. We'll know much more about Gronkowski and the seven other questionable Patriots when it's revealed which players made the trip to New York.
