Patriots Finalize Deals With Haynesworth, Ochocinco
FOXBOROUGH (CBS) - The New England Patriots have officially announced the acquisitions of wide receiver Chad Ochocinco from the Cincinnati Bengals, and defensive lineman Albert Haynesworth from the Washington Redskins.
Both picks were made for undisclosed draft considerations.

Ochocinco is a ten-year veteran, having originally joined the Bengals as second round draft pick in 2001 out of Oregon State. He is a six-time Pro Bowl player and put together six straight 1,000 yard seasons between 2002 and 2007.
Haynesworth is a nine-year veteran having played with the Tennessee Titans (2002-08) and the Washington Redskins (2009-10).
He earned Pro Bowl honors and was also named Associated Press first-team All-Pro in 2007 and 2008.
Ochocinco participated in Patriots practice Friday afternoon after the announcement was made.
