BOSTON (CBS) -- The New England Patriots are in Indianapolis this weekend for their long-awaited showdown with the Colts.

Here are some stats and fun facts to get you ready for Sunday's big game.

- This will be the 80th meeting between the Patriots and Colts. New England leads the series 46-28 in the regular season and 4-1 in the postseason.

- The Pats have won 21 of the last 28 meetings between the two teams.

- The Pats have averaged 43 points against the Colts in their last three meetings. The Patriots have 11 rushing touchdowns in those three games.

- Bill Belichick is 14-6 against the Colts as the head coach of the Patriots. He began his coaching career as a coaching assistant with the Baltimore Colts in 1975.

- Tom Brady is 9-3 against the Colts in the regular season and 4-1 in the playoffs. He is 15-8 on Sunday Night Football, guiding the Patriots to wins in his last five appearances.

- The Pats are looking to start the season at 5-0 for the third time in team history. The last time they won their first five games of the season was back in 2007.

- Brady is just the third quarterback in NFL history with at least four 4-0 starts.

- The Pats have scored 149 points in their first four games this season, a team record for most points scored at the quarter pole.

- The Pats are now 12-4 after bye weeks.

- Since 2000, the Pats are 21-6 on the back end of consecutive road games.

- Jamie Collins forced a fumble against the Cowboys last week, the third straight week he's forced a fumble.

- Rob Gronkowski needs one more touchdown to become the fifth tight end in NFL history with 60 or more touchdowns. He has caught at least one pass in all 69 regular season games he's played in over his career.

- Julian Edelman has 231 receptions over the last three season, the third most in the NFL over that time frame.

- Colts Kicker Adam Vinatieri kicked for the Pats from 1996-2005.

- Colts backup quarterback Matt Hasselbeck is a native of Norfolk, Mass and played his college years at Boston College.
