BOSTON (CBS) -- For the sixth straight season, the Patriots and the Broncos are meeting in the regular season. Here's all you need to know heading into Sunday's matchup in Denver.
- A win for the Patriots (or a Miami Dolphins loss to the Jets in New York on Saturday night) will secure their eighth straight AFC East title. The Patriots can also secure a first-round bye with a win.
- The Pats have won 18 division titles, including 13 of the last 15 seasons.
- The Patriots are 9-21 overall in games played in Denver, and have dropped all four playoff games they've played in the Mile High City.
- Sunday is the 47th meeting between the two teams, with the Broncos owning a 26-20 edge over the Patriots.
- Tom Brady is 6-9 in his career against the Broncos. Denver is the only team he has a losing record against.
- The Patriots have won at least 11 games for the seventh straight season and 18th time in team history. Bill Belichick has been on the sideline for 13 of those 11-win seasons.

- The Broncos defense is allowing 127.2 rushing yards per game this season, ranking 27th in the NFL.
