BOSTON (CBS) - Here are some facts and stats about this weekend's game between the Pats and the Cardinals.
- The Patriots have won all of their home openers at Gillette Stadium, going a perfect 10-0. Overall they have won 15 of their last 17 home openers.
- The Pats have won five straight games against Arizona and that is the longest current winning streak the Pats have against any opponent.
- The last time the Patriots played the Arizona Cardinals here in New England was December 21, 2008. The Pats put it on the Cardinals beating them 47-7 at a snowy Gillette. Matt Cassel was the Pats QB and went 20-for-36 for 345 yards and three touchdowns. Jabar Gaffney led the way with 90 receiving yards and Lamont Jordan ran for 2 touchdowns.

- Here are some connections that the two teams share. Rob Gronkowski went to the University of Arizona from 2007-2009. Cardinals safety James Sanders was a 4th round pick of the Patriots and played in New England from 2005-2010, starting 63 of the 110 games he saw action in.
- With a victory on Sunday, Bill Belichick will pick up career win number 194 and take over sole possession of 8th place on the coaching career win list. Right now he is tied with Chuck Knox.

- Tom Brady need 25 passing yards to move past Johnny Unitas for 13th place on the NFL's all-time passing list. If he gets 337 passing yards, Brady will move into 12th place all-time; a bittersweet moment for him as he'd be moving ahead of his boyhood idol Joe Montana.
- Wes Welker needs one catch to pass Troy Brown and become the Patriots all-time reception leader.
- Rob Gronkowski needs one more touchdown to take over sole possession of second place for most receiving touchdowns by a Patriots tight end. Right now Gronk is tied with Russ Francis.
