Patriots Blog: Ninkovich Extended, Ocho Keeps Tweeting
BOSTON (CBS) - One of the good guys on the Patriots is getting paid for his all his good work.
On Friday, linebacker Rob Ninkovich received a two-year extension through the 2013 season. Ninkovich was on the last year of his deal. The 27-year old has been a starter in this new 4-3 line up, and has spent the last three seasons in New England.
Ninkovich has recorded all five of his career sacks while with the Patriots, including four in 2010. He totaled 62 tackles in 16 games last season, and recovered three fumbles.

Practice Squad Shuffle
The Patriots made another roster move on Friday, as they re-signed offensive lineman Nick Mcdonald to the practice squad. McDonald, who was originally signed to the practice squad on Sept. 5, was released on Thursday. To make room for Mcdonald, the Pats released wide receiver Kerry Taylor from the practice squad.
Ochocinco Keeps Tweeting
Amid all the craziness that went on about Chad Ochocinco and his tweet after the Patriots Monday night win in Miami, the wide receiver has come out of his shell and tweeted again. This time he is checking in on his fans and followers.

Reporters tried to talk to Chad this week, but the wide receiver declined.
