BOSTON (CBS) — The Patriots will play in their second of five nationally televised games this season on Sunday night, when they take on the 3-0 Cincinnati Bengals.
Here are some news and notes about the upcoming matchup:
- This will be the 24th meeting between the Patriots and the Bengals. New England holds the edge with a 14-9 record against Cincinnati.
- The Bengals beat the Patriots last season 13-6. In that game, the Pats didn't score a touchdown ending Tom Brady's streak of 52 consecutive games with a least one touchdown pass.
- Tom Brady is 4-1 against Cincinnati, and 12-8 in 20 Sunday Night Football games.
