One Last Thing: Missing Wallet Returned
BROOKLINE (CBS) - I got a nice email from Myriam Curran from the Cape.
She and her husband were in Brookline for her daughter's baby shower.
She stopped to get some presents and must have dropped her wallet in a parking lot, because all she knew was, when she went to pay it was gone.
It's a horrible feeling you get when you think you've lost something forever.
A bicyclist found the wallet, rode it to a police officer, and when the Currans called police to report their wallet missing, the officer delivered it back to them.
It had all the money and credit cards inside.
She wrote to tell me this because, as she says, it's always nice to remind folks that there are a lot of good people out there doing the right thing.
She's right.
