One Killed, Two In Custody After Jamaica Plain Shooting
BOSTON (CBS) – Boston Police say a man was shot and killed in Jamaica Plain Wednesday.
Officers were called to Centre Street at about 11 a.m. after shots were fired during an argument among three men.
One of the men was wounded and died. The other two men ran off, according to police.
One of those men fired a gun at a responding officer, investigators said.
The officer was not hurt and did not fire his gun, police said.
Both men were eventually captured and taken into custody.
Investigators were combing the area afterwards searching for a weapon that may have been tossed into a snow bank.
No further information is available at this point in the investigation.
