One Day Break...Another Round Of Snow Friday
A few lingering flurries along Coastal Mass. will end this morning allowing for breaks of sun today . Highs will range from the middle 20s to lower 30s.

Then, there is tonight. Snow arrives after midnight tonight and continues thru late afternoon/early evening.
The current track of the low appears to bring all snow to the viewing area with the outside chance that Nanucket has a rain/snow mix initially. With the current forecast track, I am forecasting 3-6" for southeastern Mass and 1-3" farther northwest (northwest of 495). A Winter Weather Advisory will be in effect from 12 midnight tonight thru noon Friday.
In the wake of Friday's snow, we will be layering on extra winter gear to stay warm this weekend. Highs will be near 20F on Saturday, and highs will only hang in the teens on Sunday.
Next week, models show discrepancies for a potential midweek storm. The EURO shows a stronger coastal storm tracking far enough west that it'll induce a rain/snow mix. However, the GFSx shows the low taking more of an easterly track which would skim southeastern Mass with snow late Tuesday into midday Wednesday. We will be watching this closely.
