Old South Meeting House To Undergo $800K Makeover
The Old South Meeting House will be getting an $800,000 makeover over the next few months.
The focus of the work will be on the windows, exterior woodwork and steeple.
The building, now a museum, will remain open to visitors during the restoration.
Dating back to 1729, the meeting house was where colonists gathered to challenged British rule before the American Revolution.
It is also where the Boston Tea Party was planned.
