NY DA: Friends Of DJ Henry Will Not Face Charges
BOSTON (CBS) - Several college students accused of resisting arrest following the shooting death of Pace University student D.J. Henry will not face charges.
The district attorney in New York says prosecuting them would "not serve the ends of justice."

"It is our reasonable belief that the evidence establishes that the defendants' conduct in the early morning hours of October 17 was derived from impulsive and youthful visceral reactions to the sudden, unexpected shooting of their friend," the DA said in a statement.
Henry, an Easton native, was shot and killed by Officer Aaron Hess last October. Hess has been cleared of criminal charges.
