Kahan posted to his Instagram story "Back in the greatest city on earth." He marked himself at Logan International Airport in the photo from the airport shuttle.
Kahan had a massive 2024, vaulting from life in smalltown New England to performing sold out shows around country.
Noah Kahan's New England roots
The folk singer was born in Strafford, Vermont, and attended high school in New Hampshire. He later lived in Watertown, Massachusetts.
Kahan became a viral sensation posting his music on social media, and it later translated onto the stage as he performed at a host of sold out venues.
Among the tour stops were two nights at Fenway Park. Kahan turned the performance into an album called "Live From Fenway Park."
In his song "Stick Season," Kahan declares "I love Vermont, but it's the season of the sticks," referring to the dreary months after the leaves fall from the trees but before snow coats the ground. The song climbed the charts and has more than 1 billion streams on Spotify.
Kahan scored a Grammy nomination for best new artist. Though he didn't win, the singer-songwriter made it a memorable trip as he brought his mother as a guest.
Currently, Kahan has several upcoming international tour dates but has not yet announced any U.S. dates for 2025.
