No Fine Or Suspension For Celtics Garnett
BOSTON (CBS) - Boston Celtics forward Kevin Garnett will not be fined or suspended for his post-game incident with New York Knicks forward Bill Walker on Sunday.
Following the Knicks 106-104 win on Christmas Day, Garnett and Walker had to be separated after Walker defended KG's jumper as time expired. After the shot, it appeared as though Walker said something to Garnett, prompting the Celtics forward to grab at Walker's throat.

"We were in the heat of the game. It was a tough game throughout, it was a dog fight. Nobody wanted to lose. It just came to a head right there and it's over," Walker said of the scuffle on Monday, according to ESPN.
"We shook hands, I talked to him ... I chopped it up with him. I still respect those guys," said Walker, who played with Garnett in Boston from 2008-10 before being traded to New York For guard Nate Robinson.
