Nils Lofgren: Springsteen And E Street Ready For Round 3
FOXBORO (CBS) - Bruce Springsteen and The E Street Band played Fenway Park Tuesday and Wednesday, and now it's on to Gillette Stadium in Foxboro.
Nils Lofgren says Fenway was just a "beautiful couple nights."
He says The E Street Band is the "greatest tool box in rock and roll history," and he has this singer in his band "who always brings his A-game."
Lofgren compared E Street to sports, but says when he goes out on stage with Bruce, he knows he's going to win.
Lofgren talked with WBZ NewsRadio's Drew Moholland about Boston, being homesick, winning over young fans, the band without Clarence, how Bruce Springsteen and the E Street Band bring it night after night, and his latest album Old School.
