NH Woman Claims PTSD After Finding Rat In Frozen Lemonade
MANCHESTER, N.H. (CBS) --- A New Hampshire woman says she can't even walk down the frozen food aisle anymore after she found a rat in a can of frozen lemonade concentrate.
Colleen Grady, 50, is now suing The Coca-Cola Company, which is the owner of Minute Maid products, Hannaford Supermarkets and Victory Distributors for causing her emotional distress.
Grady claims two years ago, her friends was pouring the can of lemonade into a pitcher when a dead rat and maggots fell out.

Since then, Grady says she has been suffering from post-traumatic stress disorder.
The woman allegedly called Coca-Cola who instructed Grady to keep the rat in her freezer until a courier could pick it up. Grady told jurors the courier took a week to arrive.
A jury was expected to begin its first full-day of deliberations Tuesday.
Evidence presented at trial included the actual rat, which has been in cold storage for the last two years.
Coca-Cola says the claim is baseless and there is no way it could have happened given the company's strict quality-control standards.
