NH Robbery Suspect Who Shot 2 Officers Due In Court
MANCHESTER, N.H. (CBS) -- An armed robbery suspect who shot two Manchester, NH, officers faces a judge on Monday.
Two officers approached Ian MacPherson, who matched the description of a man who robbed a gas station early Friday morning. Police say MacPherson opened fire and fled into the woods. He was arrested hours later.
Both officers were treated and released from the hospital.
MacPherson faces two counts of attempted capital murder for shooting at the officers.
