NH Police Identify Man Who Robbed Subway At Gunpoint
MANCHESTER, N.H. (AP) — Police say they are looking for a man who pointed a gun at a Subway sandwich shop clerk and two customers and stole cash from them in Manchester, N.H.
Police have identified the suspect as 40-year-old Timothy Potter of Manchester.
They say the man ordered a sandwich at about 8:45 p.m. Tuesday and then showed a gun and made statements that led the clerk to believe he was robbing the store.
She fled to a rear work area and tried to call for help, but police say the man followed and assaulted her and took her cell phone.
Police said the man removed cash from the register and then pointed his gun at the customers, ordering them to the floor and demanding their wallets.
