NH Man Charged With DWI Twice In Three Days
MILTON, N.H. (CBS) – A New Hampshire man was charged with drunk driving twice within three days with a blood alcohol level more than three times the limit each time.
Milton Police said 65-year-old Roger Carter of Rochester was arrested on Aug. 19 and charged with aggravated driving while intoxicated.
On Aug. 21, Carter was pulled over again. He was charged with second offense driving while intoxicated in addition to another charge of aggravated driving while intoxicated.
Following his second arrest, Carter was held at Strafford County Jail on $2,500 bail.
Police say Carter had a blood alcohol content that was more than three times the legal limit of .08 during both of his arrests.
