NH Man Arrested In I-93 Road Rage Incident
HOOKSETT, N.H. (AP) - A New Hampshire man has been charged after police said he waved a gun at another driver on Interstate 93.
Police say a driver called police Friday night telling them a driver had cut him off as they headed northbound on I-93, just south of the Hooksett Tolls. He told police that as he drove up to the tollbooth, the other driver waved a pistol at him and his passenger.
Reports say the driver followed the vehicle and stayed on with a police dispatcher. Troopers said they caught up to the other driver. They said they found a realistic-looking black metal BB gun pistol in the passenger compartment.
The driver 26-year-old Ryan Lantagne of Concord, was charged with reckless conduct and transportation of drugs. He was released on bail.
