BOSTON (CBS) - More than 30 chimneys in five days. That's the daunting task facing a volunteer team who plan to clean all the chimneys at the White House next week.

Twenty years ago a Wisconsin chimney sweep offered to clean the chimneys at the White House, saying he was doing his part to help with the budget deficit.

It has become a tradition, and this year, Phillipp Mitchell of Newmarket, New Hampshire is part of the nine member team.

Mitchell has been a chimney sweep for 31 years and says it's rather a daunting task.

The job takes five days.

Mitchell says he is honored to do the job, but is disappointed he will not get to meet President Obama.
