FRAMINGHAM (CBS) - The co-owner of a Framingham pharmacy company believed to be at the center of a deadly nationwide meningitis outbreak has been ordered to appear in front of Congress.
The House of Representatives Energy and Commerce Committee issued the subpoena to Barry Cadden, Co-Owner, President, and Managing Pharmacist at the New England Compounding Center.
He's expected to appear at a Congressional hearing Wednesday over the outbreak that has killed 30 people and sickened more than 400.
