National Grid Supervisor Pleads Not Guilty In Fatal 495 Crash
WESTBORO (CBS) – A National Grid supervisor pleaded not guilty Monday to motor vehicle homicide in connection with a fatal crash on Interstate 495 in Southboro last year.

Jeffrey Fisher, 50, of Coventry, Rhode Island, was arraigned in Westboro District Court and ordered not to drive.
Fisher was road testing a truck and trailer carrying a backhoe on August 12, 2011 when the backhoe toppled onto a minivan, driven by Yingzi "Sharon" Wang.
Wang's mother, 72-year-old Xjaoyun Jiang, was killed. Wang and her two children were injured.
Her husband Frank Ye said he's relieved Fisher is finally being held accountable.
"We haven't heard that much from the company. Even after we filed a lawsuit they seemed to delay in every possible way. Nobody is trying to admit their fault. Finally, the Commonwealth is doing something for us. On that part we feel relieved," Ye told WBZ NewsRadio 1030 Monday.
National Grid admits it was test driving the truck because of safety concerns.
"As we have said in the past, our sympathies go out to the family, and out of respect for the family and our company policy, we do not comment on ongoing cases," National Grid spokesman David Graves said in a statement.
The family has filed a lawsuit against the utility.
