Nashua, NH Man Faces Reckless Conduct Charges Over House Fire
NASHUA, N.H. (AP) — A New Hampshire man has been charged with reckless conduct in connection with a fire that spread to part of a building.
Richard Maggs of Nashua was arrested Wednesday afternoon. The 52-year-old has been charged with recklessly igniting material in an alley. The fire expanded and spread to a nearby building.
Maggs was jailed at the Nashua Police Department.
The American Red Cross helped provide temporary arrangements to people who had to evacuate the burning building. No injuries were reported.
