CONCORD, N.H. (AP) — A 39-year-old New Hampshire man is facing a drunken driving charge after he allegedly drove his car into an interstate breakdown lane and crashed into the back of police cruiser.
State police say Robert Bryson, of Loudon, was charged after his car struck the rear corner of the marked police cruiser at about 10:16 p.m. Friday on Interstate 393 in Concord.
Police say Trooper Stan Dombrowski was clocking drivers on radar when Bryson's car veered off the highway. Nobody was injured.
Bryson was charged with driving while intoxicated and failure to stay within marked lanes.
