Monson Church Holds Service To Pray For Tornado Victims
MONSON (CBS) - A special church service was held in Monson on Sunday to pray for the victims of last week's tornadoes.
Members of the Monson-Glendale United Methodist Church prayed for strength to help get them through the disaster that turned their small town upside down.

Bishop Peter Weaver asked congregants to describe how they're feeling in the aftermath of the tornadoes. They shouted out one-word reactions like "sadness" and "fear."

Town administrator Gretchen Neggers stood up and spoke words of reassurance to the congregation.
"We're going to be OK, because we are OK. I can't wait to rebuild. I can't wait to see what goodness can come from this," said Neggers.
