Monday Arraignment For Man Held In Hernandez Murder Case
ATTLEBORO (CBS/AP) - A man arrested in Florida in connection with the murder case against former New England Patriots tight end Aaron Hernandez has been turned over to Massachusetts authorities and is expected to be arraigned on Monday in Attleboro.
Ernest Wallace waived extradition to Massachusetts after his arrest on July 1.
Wallace will be charged as an accessory to murder -- after the fact in the killing of Odin Lloyd.
Prosecutors say Wallace was with Hernandez and Lloyd the night Lloyd was shot and killed.
Wallace turned himself in at a Miramar, Fla., police station last week after authorities announced they were seeking him.
Prosecutors say Hernandez orchestrated Lloyd's execution-style shooting near Hernandez's North Attleboro home on June 17 after Lloyd spoke with the wrong people at a nightclub.
