Police Identify Man Found Dead Inside Milford Storage Unit

MILFORD (CBS) – State Police searched the area in and around a storage facility in Milford Thursday, days after a man was found dead from multiple stab wounds inside a locked storage unit there. The victim has been identified as 54-year-old Paul T. Weaver.

Police made the gruesome discovery at the storage facility on Beach Street on Tuesday. Investigators said Weaver had been living in the storage unit. It is unclear how long he had been living there and when he was killed.

Someone who had access to another unit in the building discovered the body and called police.

A Medical Examiner has ruled the death as a homicide. Worcester County District Attorney Joseph Early Jr. did not say if they had any suspects.

Police located evidence at the scene but would not say what they found.

Police are still investigating if anyone else was living in the building.
