Milford Father, Son Charged After High-Powered Weapons Found
MILFORD (CBS) - A father and son in Milford are facing weapons and ammunition charges following a domestic incident Tuesday night.

Charles H. Nadeau Jr., 58, and his son Jason, 28, are being charged with several counts of possessing and improperly storing guns and ammunition after police found several handguns, a rifle and large-capacity magazines in the father's home and in the son's car.
Police were called to their Green Street home Tuesday night after a woman said her husband had a gun.
During a search of the home police say they found several weapons.
While officers were at the house, Jason Nadeau came home and police found a handgun, two high-capacity magazines, a rifle and collapsible baton in his car.
All weapons belonged to the son and both men had licenses to carry, according to Police Lt. James Falvey.
The high-capacity magazines are against the law in Massachusetts.
Charles Nadeau is charged with improperly storing a large-capacity firearm near a minor and possession of a large capacity feeding device.
Jason Nadeau is charged with possessing a large-capacity firearm, improperly storing a large-capacity firearm, possessing a large capacity feeding device and carrying a dangerous weapon.
Police say they do not believe there was any plan to cause the public harm.
The Nadeaus are expected to be arraigned in Milford District Court Thursday.
