Mild Air Moving In
It may be a mostly cloudy day, but the bright side is that we are starting a warming trend that will last thru midweek. Highs today will be in the middle 60s. An upper level vortmax makes a move from south to north tonight which wil induce rain. The rainfall amounts will reach .25"-.50" by mid-morning on Tuesday. The steady rain on Tuesday will occur before the noon hour, and then, only a few showers will fall in the afternoon.
Best Chances of Rain: Monday night thru AM Tuesday & Wednesday.
Warmest Day: Wednesday...Lower 70s...as we remain in the warm sector just before a cold front pushes eastward.
Atlantic Tropical Update: Hurricane Richard is expected to weaken as the day progresses.
It's Monday...
