Mental Health Eval. For Woman Accused Of Vandalizing Civil War Memorial
BOSTON (CBS) - A woman accused of using a bucket of yellow paint to deface a Civil War memorial in front of the State House has been sent for a 20-day mental health evaluation.

Rosemine Occean, 38, of Quincy was formally charged on Wednesday with vandalizing an historic marker.
Park Rangers arrested Occean on Tuesday after she allegedly dumped a bucket of paint on the memorial to the 54th Regiment Massachusetts Volunteer Infantry and its commanding officer, Colonel Robert Gould Shaw.
Occean reportedly told the officers that the sculpture was an "improper depiction of history."
A family from Wisconsin was splashed in the attack.
Boston Police say that family had two iPads and a Kindle reader damaged by the wave of paint thrown at the monument.
Prosecutors say the three children were "devastated," according to their mother.
