Harvard's $20 million innovation lab in Allston was also approved.
The BRA gave the green light on three residential projects, a 27-story tower in Chinatown, an 80-unit development in Dorchester's Uphams Corner, and a 265-unit development in Downtown Crossing.
In all, the city estimates the projects represent more the $470 million in private investment and will create 2,700 new jobs.
