Megabus Riders Stranded At South Station
BOSTON (CBS) - Several Megabus riders had an awful start to the Thanksgiving weekend.
The low cost, daily express bus ride from Boston to New York City was apparently a no-show Wednesday night.
The 7 p.m. and 9:30 p.m. buses never made it to South Station, leaving many customers with no way out of town.
Some of the 7 p.m. passengers were finally able to get a Megabus at 12:30 a.m. – after a five-and-a-half-hour wait.
Passengers told WBZ-TV no one offered them any explanation for the long delay.
Megabus did not return calls for comment.
