McCourty Missing From Patriots' Tuesday Walkthrough
BOSTON (CBS) - Patriots safety Devin McCourty was one of two players missing from Tuesday's walkthrough as New England prepares for their regular season finale against the Buffalo Bills on Sunday.
McCourty suffered a head injury in Sunday's win over Baltimore attempting to tackle Ravens tight end Ed Dickson. His head made contact with Dickson's thigh on the attempt, and the safety had a difficult time standing up after the hit.
McCourty has been a steady contributor in the New England secondary, recording 69 tackles, an inteception and a forced fumble this season.

Should McCourty not be able to go on Sunday (or if the Patriots choose to rest their defensive captain), rookie Duron Harmon could see extended playing time.
Also missing on Tuesday was rookie wide receiver Josh Boyce, who missed Sunday's game with an ankle injury he suffered against the Dolphins in Week 15.
Running back Shane Vereen, who was limited in Sunday's game with a groin injury, was present at the beginning of Tuesday's walkthrough.

The Patriots schedule is a bit different this week with Christmas falling on Wednesday. Tuesday's are normally the team's off day, but head coach Bill Belichick told his team to enjoy Christmas Day with family and friends.
