MBTA Bus Hits Bicyclist In Salem
SALEM (CBS) – A man on a bicycle was hit by an MBTA bus in Salem Monday morning.
It's not clear what led to the accident, which happened at the intersection of Washington and Federal Streets around 7:20 a.m.

There was blood on the street at the scene and the windshield on the bus was cracked.
The bicyclist was originally taken to Salem Hospital, but his injuries were so severe that he was taken by a medical helicopter to Mass. General Hospital, where he is listed in critical condition.
