Dashboard Camera Captures Pedestrian Being Hit By Minivan In Mattapan
BOSTON (CBS) – A driver's dashboard camera was rolling as a man who ran into traffic was hit by a minivan in Mattapan.
Video of the incident was posted on YouTube and has been viewed more than 14,000 times as of Saturday afternoon.
A man can be seen running across the street before he collides with a minivan. The driver of the minivan stops to check on the man.
The pedestrian gets up and walks away from the collision.
The driver who posted the video said the crash took place at the intersection of Morton Street and Blue Hill Ave. on Thursday around 6:30 p.m.
Boston Police said they were aware of the video, but no one reported the incident.
